HN Services Portugal is seeking a Trade Support professional in Lisboa to monitor daily fixing of OTC rate derivatives and update market rates for front officers. The role requires collaboration with Front Office and IT to create new rates, and building Excel spreadsheets for exotic rate calculations.

Strong analytical skills and knowledge of Financial Markets, especially Fixed Income and Derivatives, are essential.

Qualificações

• Experience monitoring daily fixing of OTC rate derivatives and market rates.
• Strong knowledge of Fixed Income and Derivatives.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• English level B2 or higher.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor daily fixing of OTC rate derivatives and the daily update of market rates (Reuters, Bloomberg, and Central Banks) for front officers.
• Collaborate with Front Office and IT teams in the creation of new rates.
• Build Excel spreadsheets for the calculation of exotic rates (inflation, power dual, ratchet, range accrual).
• Investigate and resolve interest discrepancies before payment dates and support analysis of payment incidents.
• Monitor and reprocess fixing advices when required.

Who We're Looking For:

Professional Experience & Technical Skills:

• Monitor the daily fixing of OTC rate derivatives in the financial markets;
• Control the daily update of market rates (Reuters, Bloomberg, and Central Banks) on behalf of front officers;
• Collaborate with Front Office and IT teams in the creation of new rates;
• Build Excel spreadsheets for the calculation of exotic rates (inflation, power dual, ratchet, range accrual);
• Investigate and resolve interest discrepancies before payment dates, and support the analysis of payment incidents;
• Monitor and reprocess fixing advices when required.
• Solid understanding of Financial Markets, particularly Fixed Income and Derivatives;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Knowledge of operational processes and controls;
• Experience with financial software (Murex knowledge is a strong plus).

Language Requirement

• English – B2 level
