Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an operational support role, HR administration or similar analytical position.
• Fluent in English and French (mandatory).
• Proficiency in Workday and case management tools (e.g., Service Now).
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (e.g., Pivot Tables, data manipulation).
• Strong data accuracy, discretion, and communication skills.
• Experience with process automation, AI-driven tools, or scripting (VBA / Apps Script / Power Automate).
• Knowledge of Pay Transparency, Compensation and Benefits processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with external service provider to report and manage shareholder data changes.
• Validate incoming early release requests for completeness and procedures.
• Dispatch sales of shares, dividends and fractional rights payments to shareholders.
• Assist employee shareholders with account access and process explanations.
• Support regionally focused Pay Transparency processes and compliance initiatives.
• Partner with International Mobility teams on cross-functional tasks and efficiencies.
• Provide data analysis and operational support to the broader Compensation & Benefits GBS/COE.
