Air Liquide Europe Business Services (ALEBS) in Lisbon, Portugal seeks a HR GBS Total Rewards Experienced Analyst (French-Speaking) to join a diverse, global team. The role focuses on Employee Shareholding operations, compliance, and data integrity within a European rewards landscape.

The successful candidate will liaise with external providers, improve processes with automation, and partner across HR, Finance and Legal to drive efficiency while handling confidential information with discretion.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in operational support, HR admin, or shared services.
• Fluent in English and French (mandatory).
• Experience with Workday and case management tools.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical abilities.
• Ability to handle confidential HR data with discretion.
• Experience with process automation / AI tools for efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with external service providers to report shareholder data changes.
• Validate incoming early release requests for completeness and adherence to procedures.
• Dispatch sales of shares, dividends and fractional rights payments to shareholders.
• Assist employee shareholders with account access and FAQs.
• Support Pay Transparency implementation and cross-functional projects.
• Partner with International Mobility and Benefits teams to optimize processes.
• Provide data analysis and operational support during peak periods.
