Job summary

Air Liquide Europe Business Services (ALEBS) in Portugal seeks a HR GBS Total Rewards Experienced Analyst (French-Speaking) for a full-time, on-site role in Algés. You will support Employee Shareholding operations and Pay Transparency, liaising with HR, Finance and payroll vendors to improve processes across Europe.

Fluency in English and French is mandatory; you will leverage Workday and advanced Excel skills to analyze data, ensure data integrity and drive continuous improvement in rewards

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in operational support, HR admin, or similar analytical role.
• Fluent in English and French (mandatory).
• Experience with Workday and case management tools (e.g. Service Now).
• Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and data manipulation.
• Ability to handle confidential HR and compensation data with discretion.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with process automation or AI tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with external service provider to report and manage shareholder data changes.
• Validate early release requests for completeness and procedures.
• Dispatch sales of shares, dividends and fractional rights payments to shareholders.
• Assist employee Shareholders with formalities (account access, explanations).
• Support regional Pay Transparency processes and compliance initiatives.
• Collaborate with International Mobility teams on cross-functional tasks.
• Provide data analysis and operational support to Compensation & Benefits COE during peak periods.
