Siemens Mobility is offering a 12-month paid internship in Test Governance & Coordination. You'll gain hands-on experience in software testing, QA practices, and digital project collaboration within an international team.

Based in Portugal, this hybrid role lets you balance studies with work while developing skills in ALM, documentation, and stakeholder coordination. Excellent English and Portuguese are required.

Qualificações

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or IT-related field.
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Interest in software quality, testing, and digital platforms.
• Willingness to learn and collaborate in international teams.

Responsabilidades

• Support maintenance and improvement of testing governance and QA documentation.
• Assist in organizing test activities, workshops, and meetings.
• Coordinate testing-related documentation with international stakeholders.
• Collect, consolidate, and analyze test results for reporting.
• Contribute to QA activities and learn modern testing methodologies.

As a Test Governance & Coordination Trainee, you will join an international team that develops and enhances modern digital platforms. You will gain hands‑on experience in software testing, quality assurance, and digital project collaboration while building valuable skills in a real‑world business environment.

From the beginning, you will work on meaningful tasks, learn from experienced colleagues, and contribute to ensuring that new digital solutions are ready for a successful go‑live.

Your mission will be…

• Support the maintenance and continuous improvement of Testing, test Governance & Quality Assurance documentation and wiki pages within the program's Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) environment.
• Assist in organizing test activities, acceptance testing, workshops, and team meetings while learning how testing is managed in complex software projects.
• Help coordinate testing‑related documentation and collaborate with international stakeholders across different teams.
• Collect, consolidate, and analyze test results to support transparent reporting and informed decision‑making.
• Contribute to quality assurance activities and gain insights into modern software development and testing methodologies.
• Learn how agile teams collaborate and how quality is integrated throughout the software delivery lifecycle.

We are looking for someone with…

Education

• You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business Administration, Economics, Business Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience & Knowledge

• You have strong MS Office skills, particularly in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• You are familiar with collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams and SharePoint Online.
• Initial experience through internships, university projects, or student jobs in an IT‑related environment is a plus.
• An interest in software quality, testing, digital platforms, and project coordination is highly welcome.
• You have an interest in modern AI technologies and are eager to discover how they can enhance collaboration, productivity, and digital solutions.
