Siemens Mobility is seeking an SAP Tester to join the Portugal Tech Hub. You will collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to test SAP S/4HANA features supporting business processes across finance, controlling, logistics, and reporting.

You will prepare test data, execute tests, and contribute to both automated and manual testing. The role requires at least 2 years of SAP testing experience, strong English skills, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.

Qualificações

• SAP S/4HANA testing experience especially with financial processes.
• Fiori and related SAP UI5 knowledge is preferred.
• Experience working in agile environments; certification not mandatory.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, execute, and maintain test cases for SAP S/4HANA processes.
• Prepare test data in test systems to support end-to-end testing.
• Support automated and manual testing approaches; ensure audit-compliant documentation.
• Act as the testing SPOC in cross-functional global and virtual teams.
• Monitor test scope, timelines, and progress; align with delivery plans.
• Collaborate withProcess Teams to ensure go-live readiness of releases.

Your mission will be…

As a SAP Tester, you will collaborate with a highly engaged team to test product features for SAP S/4HANA that help our Siemens business organizations to run their business processes at their best. As a fully digitized and integrated Business Suite SAP S/4HANA is a key pillar of our Siemens Businesses and IT strategy. You will work in the Siemens SAP S/4HANA program and build-up the new ERP target architecture together with the specific Siemens business organizations.

What part will you play?

• As a SAP Tester, experienced in testing financial processes.
• You work closely with the Process Teams to create, execute and maintain test cases in an efficient way to secure the go-live of the Releases
• You prepare the relevant test data in the test systems to support the end-to-end test of processes
• You support a holistic testing approach including automated or manual tests
• You ensure high quality testing with audit compliant test documentation and follow-up activities like root cause & impact analysis
• You contribute as Single Point of Contact for testing in your area in cross‑functional global and virtual teams
• In your role, you follow and maintain the test scope, timelines, and respective progress of testing activities
• You define the “WHEN" of delivery in line with the overall clock‑speed (Wave and Sprints) and you own and assure that the “WHAT of your delivery fits to the increment.

We are looking for someone with…

• You hold any graduate degree in any discipline a comparable field, or a similar qualification
• SAP S4/Hana knowledge including Fiori is preferred
• Working experience in agile methodology is preferred but certification is not mandatory
• You have (minimum 2 years) experience as SAP tester
• You have functional understanding ofBusiness processes, e.g.,Finance/Accounting, controlling, logistics and/or reporting.
• You have experience in leading function‑oriented project groups (incl. agile project structures) on an international level and enjoy working in and being part of international program organization with virtual/multicultural teams.
• Intercultural experience is desired for global working environment
• Fluent English skills are required, both written and spoken
• You have a structured thought process and proactive approach towards problem solving
• You have willingness to learn new processes, information and don’t mind getting your hands dirty
