Qualificações

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronic Engineering or similar (mandatory).
• Fluent in Portuguese and English (mandatory).
• Availability for domestic and international travel with possibility to work abroad, when needed.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the PM ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.
• Manage on-site relationships with the client and stakeholders.
• Manage on-site works and materials.
• Implement tasks related to internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution of projects.
• Assist the PM ensuring resource availability and allocation.
• Monitor project plan and track progress.
• Assist the PM in managing changes to project scope, schedule and cost using appropriate verification techniques.
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Report and escalate to PM as needed.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Assist the PM in meeting budgetary objectives and adjusting constraints based on financial analysis.
• Implement comprehensive project plans shared with clients and staff.
• Attend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs.
• Understand contract requirements and claims process.
• Understand our technical solution and, with our engineering department, redesign solutions to present to the customer in the form of a VO.
• Analyze schedules and present different scenarios to the customer.
• Collate, interpret internal and external information and present findings concisely and structurally.
• Ensure full compliance with Health and Safety requirements in all claims, reporting all accidents, near accidents and hazards.
• Stay aware of emerging trends and produce informative management reports.
• Work with teams and people at all levels from Engineering, Finance, Procurement, Legal and Commercial.
