Siemens Global Business Services (GBS) is seeking a QA/Test Engineer to join our Western Europe and Africa Hub. You will collaborate with consultants and business teams in an international setting, adjust testing tools, and contribute to agile test processes while ensuring clear software requirements and quality.

The role requires English fluency and willingness to travel. We offer a hybrid work model with flexible hours, a home office budget, comprehensive health benefits, and strong learning

Qualificações

• Understanding of Software Requirements (business processes, Use Cases, User stories).
• Availability to travel.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Ability to interact with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to work autonomously while reporting progress to Test Manager.

Responsabilidades

• Work with consultants and business representatives in an international environment.
• Use and adjust testing tools on different contexts.
• Work in an Agile environment.
• Review Software Requirements to ensure unambiguity and completeness.
• Prepare Test Data.
• Design, maintain and execute Test Cases.
• Report and manage Defects.
• Define Test Processes.
• Plan and support User Acceptance Testing.

Your mission will be…

• Work with consultants and business representatives in an international environment;

• Prepare Test Data;

We are looking for someone with…

• Bachelor/Master’s (or equivalent) in Computer Science Engineering such as, Software Engineering, Telecommunications, or others;
• Understanding of Software Requirements (such as business processes, Use Cases, User stories or others);
• Availability to travel;
• Strong willingness to learn and attention to detail;
• Good communication and networking skills in an intercultural environment and across all management levels;
• Be proactive, be a technology and business knowledge seeker, work with a team and be able to solve problems;
• Know how to interact with all different kinds of teams and what is expected of him/her;
• Candidates must have good communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work autonomously while reporting the status and progress of the work to the Test Manager on a regular basis;
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
