Siemens Global Business Services (GBS) in Portugal invites you to join as a Trainee in the controlling team. You will support our colleagues with financial processes for Siemens SA Portugal’s functions, calculate prices for Spare Parts in SAP, and contribute to a global SAP project.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting - or other similar area.
• Fluent in English; German is a plus.
• Solid MS Office knowledge, especially Excel (advanced).
• Good analytical skills, rigor and attention to detail.
• Professional ethics, responsibility and problem-solving mindset.
• Proactivity, priority management and organization.
• Very good interpersonal skills and teamwork.

Responsabilidades

• Support controlling team in internal financial processes.
• Calculate prices for Spare Parts and insert them in SAP.
• Maintain a time management tool in a global SAP project (on- and offboarding of users).
• Collaborate with remaining controlling teams in daily operations.
• Execute regular tasks such as creating reports and contracts.

Your mission will be…

• To support our colleagues in providing services for different projects we are looking for a Trainee to integrate in our controlling team;
• Execution of internal processes with regards to the financial management of Siemens SA Portugal’s support functions;
• Calculation of prices for Siemens Healthineers Spare Parts and inserting them in SAP;
• Support in a global SAP project by maintaining a time management tool, e.g. on- and offboarding of users;
• Cooperation with the remaining controlling teams within the structure in several of our daily operations;
• Execution of regular support activities such as creation of reports or contracts.

We are looking for someone with…

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting - or other similar area;
• Fluent in English – written and spoken, German is a plus;
• Solid MS Office knowledge, especially Excel (advanced);
• Good analytical skills, rigor and attention to detail;
• Professional ethics, responsibility and problem-solving mindset;
• Proactivity, priority management and organization;
• Very good interpersonal skills, of which the ability to communicate with different partners and work as team.
