Siemens Portugal Tech Hub is seeking a SAP Tester to join the SAP S/4HANA program. You will collaborate with international, cross-functional teams to test financial and logistics processes, ensuring a high-quality, auditable testing approach.

The role combines manual and automated testing in a fully digital ERP target architecture. You should have a graduate degree, SAP S/4HANA knowledge (Fiori preferred), and at least two years of SAP testing experience.

Qualificações

• Graduate degree in any discipline or an equivalent field.
• SAP S/4HANA knowledge including Fiori is preferred.
• Experience with agile methodology is preferred but certification is not mandatory.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as SAP tester.
• Functional understanding of business processes (Finance/Accounting, controlling, logistics, and/or reporting).
• Experience leading function-oriented project groups in an international, cross-functional environment.

Responsabilidades

• Test product features for SAP S/4HANA to support business processes.
• Create, execute and maintain test cases with Process Teams to ensure go-live of releases.
• Prepare relevant test data in test systems for end-to-end process testing.
• Support automated or manual testing approaches and ensure audit-compliant test documentation.
• Act as Single Point of Contact for testing in cross-functional global teams.
• Maintain test scope, timelines, and progress of testing activities.
• Define delivery timing to fit the overall program clock-speed and ensure What aligns with increment.

Your mission will be…

As a SAP Tester, you will collaborate with a highly engaged team to test product features for SAP S/4HANA that help our Siemens business organizations to run their business processes at their best. As a fully digitized and integrated Business Suite SAP S/4HANA is a key pillar of our Siemens Businesses and IT strategy. You will work in the Siemens SAP S/4HANA program and build-up the new ERP target architecture together with the specific Siemens business organizations.

What part will you play?

• As a SAP Tester, experienced in testing financial processes.
• You work closely with the Process Teams to create, execute and maintain test cases in an efficient way to secure the go-live of the Releases
• You prepare the relevant test data in the test systems to support the end-to-end test of processes
• You support a holistic testing approach including automated or manual tests
• You ensure high quality testing with audit compliant test documentation and follow-up activities like root cause & impact analysis
• You contribute as Single Point of Contact for testing in your area in cross-functional global and virtual teams
• In your role, you follow and maintain the test scope, timelines, and respective progress of testing activities
• You define the "WHEN" of delivery in line with the overall clock-speed (Wave and Sprints) and you own and assure that the "WHAT" of your delivery fits to the increment.

We are looking for someone with…

• You hold any graduate degree in any discipline a comparable field, or a similar qualification
• SAP S4/Hana knowledge including Fiori is preferred
• Working experience in agile methodology is preferred but certification is not mandatory
• You have (minimum 2 years) experience as SAP tester
• You have functional understanding ofBusiness processes, e.g.,Finance/Accounting, controlling, logistics and/or reporting.
• You have experience in leading function-oriented project groups (incl. agile project structures) on an international level and enjoy working in and being part of international program organization with virtual/multicultural teams.
• Intercultural experience is desired for global working environment
• Fluent English skills are required, both written and spoken
• You have a structured thought process and proactive approach towards problem solving
• You have willingness to learn new processes, information and don’t mind getting your hands dirty
