You will direct food preparation, develop seasonal menus, lead kitchen staff, uphold food safety standards, manage inventory, and collaborate on budgeting to meet financial goals. Accommodation is provided for the contract period.

Qualificações

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role.
• Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to create innovative dishes while maintaining high quality standards.
• Food safety certification is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities.
• Create and develop new menu items based on seasonal ingredients.
• Oversee kitchen staff including hiring, training and scheduling.
• Ensure that all food safety standards are met at all times.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies when needed.
