Luxguard Solutions is seeking a temporary Executive Chef to lead culinary operations at our Almada restaurant. The role is 6 months with potential extension based on business needs. The ideal candidate brings passion for food, creativity, and strong kitchen leadership.

Responsibilities include menu planning, overseeing production, training staff, managing inventory, and ensuring health and safety compliance. Salary is competitive with accommodation provided.

Qualificações

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a restaurant setting
• Culinary degree or equivalent training preferred
• Highly creative with a passion for experimenting with flavors and ingredients
• Strong leadership skills to manage a team effectively
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with other departments within the restaurant

The temporary Executive Chef will be responsible for leading and managing the culinary operations at our restaurant in Almada This is a temporary position for a period of 6 months with the possibility of extension depending on business needs The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and creativity as well as experience in managing a kitchen team.

• Plan and create menus that are innovative fresh and in line with our restaurants concept
• Oversee all aspects of food production including ordering ingredients food preparation and plating
• Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure high-quality dishes are consistently prepared
• Maintain inventory levels and ensure proper storage of all food items
• Monitor food costs and work within budget constraints
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations

Requirements
