• Proficiency in Portuguese and English.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
• Willingness to learn, proactivity, organisation and collaborative mindset.
• Customer-oriented with focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement.

Description:

• Get hands-on with structured cabling projects: fibre optics, copper, racks, the full ecosystem.
• Provide technical support and training to both customers and internal teams. Yes, you need to be able to explain things clearly.
• Collaborate on the creation of technical content: articles, guides, and whatever else helps the industry better understand what we do.
• Stay up to date with standards and regulations (ISO, CENELEC) without falling asleep halfway through.
• Solve real problems, with real customers, not exam simulations.

Requirements:

• Higher education degree in Telecommunications Engineering or a related field;
• Knowledge of telecommunications and structured cabling systems;
• Ability to understand, operate and interpret results from cabling certification equipment;
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both customers and internal teams;
• Proficiency in Portuguese and English;
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools;
• Willingness to learn, proactivity, organisation and a collaborative mindset;
• Customer-oriented, with a strong focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement.

Nice To have:

• Master’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering or a related field;
• Professional experience in roles related to telecommunications, structured cabling or technical support;
• Knowledge of or training in ITED, ITUR, and other industry standards or regulations;
• Pedagogical Skills Certificate (CCP);
• Knowledge of Lean, Kaizen, or other continuous improvement methodologies;
• Knowledge of Spanish and/or French.
