Description:
- Get hands-on with structured cabling projects: fibre optics, copper, racks, the full ecosystem.
- Provide technical support and training to both customers and internal teams. Yes, you need to be able to explain things clearly.
- Collaborate on the creation of technical content: articles, guides, and whatever else helps the industry better understand what we do.
- Stay up to date with standards and regulations (ISO, CENELEC) without falling asleep halfway through.
- Solve real problems, with real customers, not exam simulations.
Requirements:
- Higher education degree in Telecommunications Engineering or a related field;
- Knowledge of telecommunications and structured cabling systems;
- Ability to understand, operate and interpret results from cabling certification equipment;
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both customers and internal teams;
- Proficiency in Portuguese and English;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools;
- Willingness to learn, proactivity, organisation and a collaborative mindset;
- Customer-oriented, with a strong focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement.
Nice To have:
- Master’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering or a related field;
- Professional experience in roles related to telecommunications, structured cabling or technical support;
- Knowledge of or training in ITED, ITUR, and other industry standards or regulations;
- Pedagogical Skills Certificate (CCP);
- Knowledge of Lean, Kaizen, or other continuous improvement methodologies;
- Knowledge of Spanish and/or French.
