Qualificações

• Higher education in Telecommunications Engineering or related field.
• Knowledge of telecommunications and structured cabling systems.
• Ability to understand, operate and interpret results from cabling certification equipment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Proficiency in Portuguese and English.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
• Willingness to learn, proactivity, organisation and collaborative mindset.
• Customer-oriented with focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Get hands-on with structured cabling projects: fibre optics, copper, racks, the full ecosystem.
• Provide technical support and training to customers and internal teams.
• Collaborate on creating technical content: articles, guides, and more to help the industry understand our work.
• Stay up to date with standards and regulations (ISO, CENELEC).
• Solve real problems for real customers, not simulations.
