Role Overview

Neotalent Conclusion is looking for a Project Manager to oversee telecommunications projects, focusing on the implementation of customized enterprise communication solutions in the Greater Lisbon area.

What you will do:

• Manage end-to-end telecommunications projects in enterprise environments.
• Coordinate the implementation of tailored enterprise communication solutions.
• Ensure efficient planning, execution, and delivery of projects within agreed deadlines.
• Interact closely with commercial teams and clients to align expectations and ensure satisfaction.
• Monitor and support the entire project lifecycle, from kick‑off to final delivery.

What you are like:

• Academic background in Engineering or a related field.
• Professional experience in project management within the telecommunications sector.
• Proven track record managing projects involving enterprise communication solutions (data and/or voice networks, IP telephony, switching, routing, wireless, firewalls, etc.).
• Strong ability to engage with different commercial areas and clients.
• Skilled in planning, managing, and delivering projects while ensuring deadlines are met.
• Excellent communication, organizational skills, and autonomy.
• Strong client orientation and problem‑solving mindset.
