A Noesis procura engenheiro de rede com experiência em ambientes corporativos para desenhar, implementar e suportar infraestruturas LAN/WAN/Data Center em Lisboa. Serão valorizadas competências em Cisco, firewalls, segurança de rede e SD-WAN, com inglês avançado e capacidade de liderar migrações complexas.

O candidato ideal atuará de forma independente, gerirá prioridades e colaborará com equipas multifuncionais para garantir a disponibilidade e o desempenho da rede.

Qualificações

• Formação em Ciência da Computação/Engenharia de Computação ou área relacionada.
• Experiência >= 4 anos como Network Engineer em ambientes corporativos.
• Sólida experiência com tecnologias Cisco (Catalyst, routers, soluções sem fio) e infraestruturas de rede empresariais.
• Conhecimento de LAN/WAN, routing/switching, VLANs, STP, LACP, OSPF/BGP, VPNs e troubleshooting de redes.
• Experiência em Data Center e grandes implantações de rede.
• Conhecimentos de tecnologias de segurança de rede e firewalls (Fortinet, Palo Alto, Cisco ASA, Check Point, ou equivalente) é um diferencial.
• Experiência com SD-WAN (Cisco Viptela, VMware VeloCloud, ou similar) é vantagem.
• Familiaridade com plataformas de gestão/monitorização de rede.
• Conhecimentos de automação de redes e scripting (Python, APIs, ferramentas de orquestração) são diferenciais.
• Fortes habilidades analíticas, de resolução de problemas e de troubleshooting.
• Capacidade de trabalhar de forma independente, gerenciar prioridades e colaborar com várias equipes.
• Inglês avançado.

Responsabilidades

• Projetar, implementar e suportar infraestruturas de rede corporativa em ambientes LAN/WAN/Data Center.
• Configurar e solucionar soluções de rede avançadas, incluindo roteamento, switching, wireless e segurança de rede.
• Liderar implementação de redes, migração e projetos de otimização, assegurando prontidão de negócios e evolução da infraestrutura.
• Analisar incidentes complexos, realizar root cause analysis e colaborar com equipes multifuncionais para melhorar confiabilidade e desempenho da rede.

Descrição da Função

Noesis is looking for candidates with the following profile: Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and support enterprise network infrastructures across complex LAN/WAN and Data Center environments;
• Configure and troubleshoot advanced network solutions, including routing, switching, wireless, and network security technologies;
• Lead network implementation, migration, and optimization projects, ensuring business readiness and infrastructure evolution;
• Analyze complex incidents, perform root cause analysis, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve network reliability and performance.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field;
• 4+ years of experience as a Network Engineer in enterprise environments;
• Strong hands-on experience with Cisco networking technologies (Catalyst switches, routers, wireless solutions) and enterprise network infrastructures;
• Solid knowledge of LAN/WAN, routing and switching, including VLANs, STP, LACP, OSPF/BGP, VPNs, and network troubleshooting;
• Experience working with Data Center environments and large-scale network deployments;
• Experience with network security technologies and firewalls (Fortinet, Palo Alto, Cisco ASA, Check Point, or equivalent) is a plus;
• Experience with SD-WAN solutions (Cisco Viptela, VMware VeloCloud, or similar) is a plus;
• Familiarity with network management and monitoring platforms;
• Knowledge of network automation concepts and scripting (Python, APIs, orchestration tools) is a plus;
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills;
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and collaborate with multiple teams;
• Advanced English.
