Job summary

Revolut is seeking a Business Risk Manager to oversee the risk and control environment for telecom operations. You will collaborate with Engineering, Product, and FinCrime to keep our communications ecosystem safe, compliant, and scalable as we grow.

Based in Portugal with flexible work options, you will assess risks, design scalable controls, conduct root-cause analyses, and support audits and assurance activities across the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or risk management.
• 4+ years of experience in operational resilience, risk management, or business continuity.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements (DORA) and resilience best practices.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Impeccable communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assessing and monitoring risks across telecom communication flows and platform performance.
• Designing and improving scalable controls and processes for safe, compliant messaging.
• Collaborating with Engineering, Product, Compliance, and FinCrime to embed risk practices.
• Driving root-cause analyses and implementing sustainable fixes.
• Reporting and supporting risk updates, audits, and assurance activities.
