Job summary

Revolut is seeking an experienced Risk Manager to oversee risk across our crypto entity and related operations in Porto, Portugal. You will identify, assess, and monitor risks, design controls, and produce leadership-ready reporting for informed decision-making.

The role requires strong data interpretation, analytical thinking, and excellent collaboration with cross-functional teams. A proactive, organised approach and the ability to multitask are essential for success in a fast-growing fintech

Qualifications

3+ years of risk management experience in financial services or technology.
Expertise in risk identification, monitoring, and controls (implementation and testing).
Ability to interpret and organise complex data to enable risk-based decisions.
Solid track record of achievement in business or academic settings.
Organised, methodical, and able to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills.

Responsibilities

Coordinate the application of the risk management framework within our crypto entity.
Identify, assess, document, and review risks across functions and regions.
Independently test controls to ensure effectiveness and reliability.
Develop procedures related to risk management processes.
Design and monitor key risk indicators against defined limits.
Register risk incidents and deliver relevant management reports.
Prepare management information on risk exposures for leadership.
Implement business continuity requirements across teams.
