Job summary

Revolut is hiring a Business Risk Manager to oversee the risk and control environment for telecom operations. You will collaborate with Engineering, Product, and FinCrime to keep the communications ecosystem safe, compliant, and resilient as we scale.

Key responsibilities include assessing risks across telecom flows, designing scalable controls, and driving root-cause analyses. A bachelor's in a business/risk field and 4+ years in financial risk are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in business administration, risk management, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in operational resilience, risk management, or business continuity within the financial industry.
• Solid understanding of regulatory requirements (primarily DORA) and best practices for resilience and continuity planning.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Impeccable communication, deal-making, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in relevant tools and technologies used for risk assessment, resilience, and continuity planning.

What You'll Be Doing

What You'll Need

• 4+ years of experience in operational resilience, risk management, or business continuity within the financial industry


• A solid understanding of regulatory requirements (primarily DORA), industry standards, and best practices related to operational resilience and continuity planning


• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills


• Impeccable communication, deal-making, and stakeholder management skills


• Proficiency in relevant tools and technologies used for risk assessment, resilience, and continuity planning

Nice to have

• A solid understanding of telecom operations, products, customer journeys, and the associated regulatory/operational risk landscape


• Experience partnering with telecom product or operations teams in a first-line risk or business risk function
