Job summary

Hirehi is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead end-to-end, cross-functional technology programs across multiple engineering teams. You will partner with Engineering to define scope, roadmaps, milestones, and measurable outcomes while establishing governance, reporting, and risk management to ensure transparency and accountability.

The role requires strong SDLC methodology knowledge, experience with AWS cloud, and the ability to influence stakeholders across diverse viewpoints.

• Familiarity with relational database concepts and data modeling.

Требования

• Experience in at least two of the following: Technical Program Management, the financial services industry, or technology or financial services consulting
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies
• Familiarity with relational database concepts and data modeling
• Exposure to cloud technologies such as AWS
• Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Monday.Com, or similar platforms
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• Ability to influence stakeholders and build consensus across diverse viewpoints
• Strategic thinking, connecting big-picture objectives to detailed execution plans
• Comfort navigating complexity and ambiguity
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work effectively independently and within cross-functional teams
