Job summary
Hirehi is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead end-to-end, cross-functional technology programs across multiple engineering teams. You will partner with Engineering to define scope, roadmaps, milestones, and measurable outcomes while establishing governance, reporting, and risk management to ensure transparency and accountability.
The role requires strong SDLC methodology knowledge, experience with AWS cloud, and the ability to influence stakeholders across diverse viewpoints.
Qualifications
- Experience leading complex, cross-functional technology programs.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle methodologies.
- Familiarity with relational database concepts and data modeling.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional technology programs spanning multiple engineering teams.
- Partner with Engineering to define scope, roadmap, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
- Establish governance, reporting, and risk management practices for transparency and accountability.
- Communicate program status, risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies to senior stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Technology leadership to shape strategy and execution frameworks.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery effectiveness across the Technology organization.
- Bring structure and clarity to ambiguous or evolving initiatives.
