Capgemini Engineering ищет опытного руководителя проектов по разработке ПО для гибридной работы в Лиссабоне. Вы будете управлять крупными программами, планировать дорожные карты и обеспечивать соответствие требованиям заказчика.

Кандидат должен иметь не менее 8 лет опыта, сертификаты PMP/PRINCE2/AgilePM, опыт управления контрактами и бюджетами, владение Agile/Scrum и отличные коммуникативные навыки, португальский и английский языки.

Qualificações

• Координация междисциплинарных команд и взаимодействие с заказчиками.
• Подготовка исполнительной отчётности и организация совещаний steering committee.

• Manage software projects end-to-end, from initiation through delivery and post-go-live support
• Define and monitor project roadmaps, releases, and key milestones
• Manage scope, budget, timelines, quality, risks, and dependencies
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and foster collaboration across business and technical stakeholders
• Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical delivery
• Prepare executive reporting and facilitate steering committee meetings
• Manage project governance, escalations, change requests, and delivery issues
• Monitor compliance with agreed SLAs, KPIs, and contractual commitments
• Coordinate production releases and post-implementation activities
• Promote Agile delivery practices and continuous improvement
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders

Требования

• At least 8 years of experience in Project Management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale and complex software development projects
• Proven experience managing complex information systems and digital transformation initiatives
• Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, AgilePM, or an equivalent project management framework
• Strong experience managing contracts, suppliers, budgets, and cross-functional teams
• Solid knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and software delivery lifecycles
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills
• Proven ability to manage risks, dependencies, project governance, and escalations, with strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities
• Fluent Portuguese and good command of English
