Körber is seeking a software training professional to design and deliver advanced software trainings for international audiences. You will create and update training materials, run workshops at client sites, and collaborate with multiple departments to ensure successful implementation.

This role emphasizes knowledge transfer, training as an instructor, and the opportunity to work across borders in a dynamic, future-oriented company. Proficiency in English and a passion for teaching are essential.

Qualificações

• Completed vocational training or degree in computer science.
• 3–5 years professional experience in software development (C#, Delphi, relational databases, PL/SQL).
• Experience in intralogistics or warehouse technology preferred.
• Passion for knowledge transfer and teaching; training as an instructor preferred or provided.
• Very good written and spoken English; other languages a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Preparing, conducting, and evaluating training sessions and workshops on software topics, in-house and at client sites.
• Conveying technical content to international audiences with varying levels of prior knowledge.
• Developing, maintaining, and improving training materials with the content management team.
• Establishing train-the-trainer programs in an international setting and supporting colleagues.
• Independently developing software for projects, emulation, and commissioning through to final acceptance.
• Collaborating with R&D, Engineering, Product Management, and Service.

Your role in our Team

• Preparing, conducting, and evaluating training sessions and workshops on software topics-both in-house and at client sites
• Conducting technical content to international audiences with varying levels of prior knowledge
• Developing, maintaining, and continuously improving training materials and learning material in collaboration with our content management team
• Establishing and further developing train-the-trainer programs in an international setting, supporting colleagues with technical inquiries and training needs
• In consultation with your manager, you will independently develop software for projects, emulate it, and contribute to the commissioning of systems through to final acceptance
• Close collaboration with functional departments such as R&D, Engineering, Product Management, and Service

Your profile

• At least a completed vocational training program or degree in computer science
• At least 3–5 years of professional experience in software development (C#, DELPHI, relational databases, and optionally PL/SQL)
• Ideally, several years of experience in intralogistics, material handling, or warehouse technology
• Passion for knowledge transfer and teaching skills, including an international setting; ideally, training as an instructor (which we are also happy to provide)
• Very good written and spoken English, and ideally knowledge of additional languages
