Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking Italian and English speaking technical support specialists to join a multilingual team supporting an international client.

You will diagnose and resolve technical questions by phone, email or chat, guiding users through setup, configuration and product questions while maintaining clear diagnostic steps. This on-site role offers paid training and a supportive team environment.

Formación
