Dellent is seeking a Technical Support Engineer for Lisbon or Porto, offering a hybrid work model. You will support applications, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams within the banking and financial services domain.

The role requires English fluency and hands-on experience with Java, Shell and SQL/Oracle, plus CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins and Git. Jira/Confluence knowledge and familiarity with XL Release/XL Deploy and ServiceNow are a plus.

Qualificações

• Must have at least 5 years in technical/app support
• Proficient in Java, Shell and SQL/Oracle
• Experience with CI/CD, Jenkins and Git
• Familiarity with Agile, Jira and Confluence
• Knowledge of XL Release, XL Deploy, ServiceNow and JBoss/Tomcat
• Fluent in English
