Dellent is seeking a Java Support Consultant (French Speaker) to work on a credit applications project in Porto or Lisbon, with a hybrid work model. The role requires 2-3 years in application support, a IT degree, strong Java skills, DB2 querying experience, and fluency in English and French (B2).

You will handle incidents, diagnose issues, track tickets, and collaborate with technical and business teams in an Agile environment. Health insurance and training benefits are offered.

We are looking for a Java Support Consultant (French Speaker) to work in this project in Porto (Hybrid) or Lisbon (Hybrid).

Requirements

• Minimum of 2-3 years in application support or development;
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT or a related field;
• Proficiency with Java;
• Experience with mainframe environments (DB2 querying);
• Good level of English and French Language (minimum B2 level (spoken and written)).

Responsibilities

• Handle and resolve incidents on our B2B credit applications;
• Diagnose issues and propose solutions;
• Track support tickets and ensure their quick resolution;
• Collaborate with technical and business teams;
• Document incidents and update our knowledge base;
• Actively participate in Agile team activities.
