Job summary

Rothoblaas is seeking a dynamic sales professional in the Faro district to build relationships with architects, carpenters, retailers, and safety specialists. You’ll be good at negotiation, organized, and comfortable presenting technical advice on timber construction and safety systems.

This role requires a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel across the area. The company offers onboarding and training, a dedicated buddy, and a culture of innovation, with a starting gross annual

Qualifications

• Proven sales track record building relationships with architects, carpenters, retailers and safety specialists.
• Technical knowledge in timber construction advantageous.
• Willingness to travel and a valid driver’s license is required.
• Fluency in English or Spanish is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with customers, from architects to carpenters, retailers and safety specialists.
• Offer expert technical advice on timber construction, passive houses and safety systems.
• Organize and lead client visits, presentations and training sessions.
• Network at industry events and trade shows to expand the client base.

• Annual meetings with the manager responsible to review progress and plan future development
• Starting gross annual salary for the position: € 25.000 , plus an annual sales bonus and meal vouchers paid through payroll
• The individual offer may vary depending on skills, experience, and qualifications, in line with the requirements and expectations of the role.

• A sales dynamo with a proven track record , good at negotiation and organization, and thriving on interaction and communication.
• A technical geek , possibly with a background in timber or construction.
• A road runner , equipped with a valid driver's license and a willingness to travel, ready to hit the road and connect with clients in your area.
• Adaptabl e and dynamic , able to thrive in a rapidly changing business.
• A good English or Spanish speaker
• A resident of the Faro district
