Job summary

Rothoblaas is seeking a Technical Sales Representative for Portugal to build relationships with architects, carpenters, retailers and safety specialists. You will be the technical voice on timber construction solutions and safety products, traveling to client sites and presenting tailored demonstrations.

The role offers a fixed monthly salary plus quarterly sales bonus, a company car, a laptop and phone, plus a structured onboarding and ongoing training program.

Qualifications

• A proven sales track record with negotiation and organizational skills.
• Background in timber or construction is a plus.
• Willingness to travel with a valid driver’s license.
• Good English or Spanish language skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with architects, carpenters, retailers and safety specialists.
• Offer expert technical advice on timber construction and safety systems.
• Organize and lead client visits, presentations and training sessions.
• Network at industry events and trade shows to grow the client base.
