Job Responsibilities

• Provide project support across the IT portfolio, including requirements collection, scheduling, progress tracking, and risk documentation.
• Support cost analysis, financial tracking, and reporting to ensure alignment with approved funding lines and NATO financial regulations.
• Assist with budget preparation and execution for IT projects, including forecasts, monitoring expenditure, and preparing financial reports.

Qualifications

• At least 3–5 years of experience in IT project management, IT service delivery, or system integration.
• Demonstrated knowledge of budget planning, financial tracking, and SLA processes.
• University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, IT Management, or a related discipline.
• PRINCE2 Practitioner, ITIL Intermediate, or PMP certification.

Desirable Skills

• Experience working within NATO, military, or other large international organizations.
• Knowledge of NATO CIS structures, NCIA service delivery, and enterprise IT transformation programs (NDW, NPCL/PBN, FMN, AFN/AFS).
