Caixa Mágica Software procura um Líder Técnico para assegurar a coerência funcional e técnica da solução de IT, garantir a continuidade do serviço e o desenvolvimento contínuo, definindo a visão técnica, orientando a equipa e assegurando a qualidade dos entregáveis.

O candidato ideal traz experiência em Java, Spring e arquiteturas, com forte capacidade de comunicação e entrega sob prazos, numa equipa dinâmica em Lisboa, Portugal.

Qualificações

• Experiência comprovada em Java (11/17/21) e tecnologias J2EE.
• Experiência em Spring, Spring Boot, Spring Data JPA e Spring Cloud Vault.
• Experiência em API (APIGEE valorizado).
• Experiência em metodologias ágeis e ferramentas (Jira, Octane, Confluence).
• Experiência em DevOps e ferramentas de teste (Octane, Junit, Jfrog Artifactory, GitLab, Jenkins).
• Experiência em qualidade e segurança (SonarQube, Fortify, Nexus).
• Experiência Oracle, MongoDB e implementação de aplicações complexas.
• Conhecimento de padrões de arquitetura e BDD.
• Capacidade de produzir documentação técnica rica e clara.
• Experiência em desenvolvimento de aplicações na nuvem.

Responsabilidades

• Responsável pela arquitetura da solução e documentação associada (guias, especificações).
• Colaborar com SMEs e equipas de programas para definir e rever a solução.
• Atuar como referência na função e partilhar conhecimento, formar e orientar a equipa.
• Contribuir para o desenho, modelagem e implementação da solução para otimizar qualidade de código e manutenção futura.
• Participar no desenvolvimento de POCs da solução a implementar.
• Manter documentação de arquitetura atualizada e ajudar a definir a estratégia de arquitetura.

Overview: The Technical Leader mission will contribute to the functional and technical consistency of the IT solution and ensure the service continuity and continuous development, by defining, co‑building, and communicating the IT solution and its architecture. They must perform activities within the framework of projects and/or application maintenance and development seeking it’s continuous development and assuring its compliance with Quality and Security guidelines and best practices. Additionally lead and align the technical direction of the IT solution. Provide a strong technical direction involves establishing a technical vision, resolving technical questions and managing the technical quality of team deliverables. The technical leader will act as a reference by capitalizing on gathered experience and upskill the development team by sharing knowledge, and training and coaching them. They will work in contact with internal partners of the application (Program Manager, Project Manager, other applications SPOCs…), as well as with SME and with the Business Analyst and Development teams.

What will you do?

• Has the responsibility for architecture of the solution and the associated documentation (guidelines, specifications, etc.) and ensures that the Information System (at both IT System and Application software levels) is consistent and sustainable.
• Works in close collaboration with the other Subject Matter Experts and Program teams to define and review the solution, and estimate it.
• Act as a reference in the function and capitalize on the gathered experience to share knowledge, train and coach others.
• Help in the design, model and implementation of the product’s solution, as necessary, with the objective of optimize the quality of the code and its future maintainability.
• Participates in the development of POCs of the solution to be implemented.
• Keep architecture documentation updated and contribute to define architecture strategy. Suggest optimizations and ways to improve efficiency.

• Experienced in architecture patterns
• Experienced in BDD methodology
• Knowledge in Enterprise Architecture will be valued (TOGAF)
• Ability to produce high-quality clean code
• Ability to review code according to standards of quality, efficiency and scalability
• Ability to produce rich & clear technical documentation
• Experience in cloud applications development
• Knowledge in MQ, CFT technologies
• Experience with the use of AI assistants in development
