A leading IT consulting firm in Portugal is seeking a Technical Lead Salesforce (Master) to lead strategic projects within the organization. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or Computer Engineering and significant experience in leading projects related to Salesforce and Marketing Cloud. Excellent communication skills in English are necessary, with knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience with JIRA and Confluence valued. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment on innovative solutions.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in a technical lead role specializing in Salesforce.
• Experience with marketing cloud technologies is a plus.
• Fluent in English, additional languages valued.

Responsibilities and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or Computer Engineering or similar
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a collaborative environment and with global teams
• Critical analysis and problem-solving skills
• Commitment to quality delivery
• Knowledge of the Energy & Utilities market and GDPR (PLUS)
• Knowledge of Agile methodology, JIRA and Confluence tools (valued)
• Experience in strategic projects
• Language skills (written and spoken): English (mandatory), Portuguese (valued), Spanish (valued)
• Knowledge of application technologies
• Hands‑on experience with these technologies
• Experience with designing complex solutions
