Job summary

Dellent is seeking a Technical Lead to drive delivery on an Outsystems/.NET/C# based project, available 100% remotely in Portugal. The ideal candidate has 6+ years in software development and at least 2 years in leadership, with strong experience across REST/SOAP, HTML/CSS/JavaScript and modern architectures.

English fluency and cross‑team coordination are essential for success. You will work within a dynamic, multicultural team, enabling scalable solutions for global clients, with an emphasis

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science or similar required.
• 6+ years of software development experience required.
• 2+ years in a technical leadership role preferred.
• Experience in web or mobile apps, project delivery, architecture patterns and performance.
• OutSystems/.NET/C#/SQL/REST/SOAP/HTML/CSS/JavaScript experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical projects across multiple teams and timezones.
• Design, implement and review software architecture decisions.
• Ensure quality and timely delivery of solutions.
• Mentor and guide development teams in lifecycle methodologies (Agile/Scrum/Waterfall).

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Computer Science or similar;
• 6 years of software development experience;

• Software development experience in Outsystems, .NET, C#, SQL, REST, SOAP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript;
• Ability to execute technical projects at global scale, across multiple teams and timezones;
• Strategic mindset and ability to innovate using technology to advance business goals;
• Customer orientation and excellent interpersonal skills;
• OutSystems project experience and certifications;
• Working within and leading efforts in Software Development Lifecycles and methodologies including agile, scrum, iterative, and waterfall;
• Fluency in English.
