Bloq.it is seeking a Technical Delivery Manager to own end-to-end delivery across software, firmware, and hardware, coordinating across Product, Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, and Customer Success. You will drive cadence, risk mitigation, and deployment planning for multi-country rollouts.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in Delivery Management or similar role overseeing complex, multi-team delivery end-to-end.
• Proven ability to coordinate complex initiatives involving multiple teams, stakeholders, and dependencies.
• Experience coordinating multi-stage delivery across DEV / QA / UAT / PROD with rollout/rollback planning.
• Proficiency in Jira — workflows, dashboards, reporting, and automation.
• Strong understanding of product development and software delivery lifecycles.
• Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A proactive mindset, transparency, and problem-solving.
• Comfort working in fast-scaling environments where priorities shift.

Responsabilidades

• Own the end-to-end delivery of cross-functional initiatives spanning software, hardware, and operations — from planning through live on the fleet.
• Coordinate planning, timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder alignment across multiple workstreams, countries, and time zones.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, and Customer Success to turn new capabilities into on-the-ground implementations.
• Establish delivery cadences and transparent reporting that keep progress, milestones, priorities, and outcomes visible across the organization.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks early, driving mitigation plans and timely decisions.
• Own deployment and rollout planning across software, firmware, and hardware — phased rollouts and readiness checks across teams and markets.
• Facilitate Go/No-Go and readiness checkpoints with stakeholders.
• Own and continuously improve delivery workflows, governance, and tooling — Jira structures, dashboards, reporting, and automation.
