Technical Customer Support Specialist

German & English Speakers

Location: Lisbon, Portugal – Oriente (On‑Site)

Start Date: 19 February 2026

Contract Type: Fixed‑Term Contract (CDD) – 6 months

About the Role

Are you passionate about digital marketing, websites, and online solutions?

Join a global leader in the Search Engine & Website Solutions industry as a Technical Customer Support Specialist. In this role, you will support German‑speaking customers, helping them build, manage, and optimize their online presence.

You will act as a trusted advisor, delivering high‑quality customer support via phone, email, and chat.

Work Schedule

• Monday to Friday: Rotational shifts between 06:00 – 22:00
• Days off: Saturday & Sunday
• Early shift support (06:00 start):
  • Uber transportation covered up to €25.00

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical customer support for Website Solutions via phone, email, and chat
• Assist customers with website tools, digital products, and online services
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable technical or digital solutions
• Ensure timely follow‑up and resolution of customer requests
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless support
• Maintain high service quality and customer satisfaction levels

Candidate Requirements

Language Skills

• German: C1/C2 (mandatory)
• English: B2 or higher

Experience & Knowledge

• Mandatory experience or strong knowledge in:
  • Digital Marketing and/or
  • Web Design / Website Solutions
• Strong interest in digital products and online technologies

Skills

• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities
• Strong customer‑focused mindset
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, technical environment
• Comfortable using multiple digital tools and platforms

Salary & Benefits

• Base Salary: €1,100 per month (paid over 14 months)
• Performance Bonus: €180 per month (paid over 12 months)
• Welcome Bonus: €3,000

Additional Benefits

• Meal allowance: €7.63 per working day

  • Monthly contribution applies; free after 6 months

Important Notes

• The Welcome Bonus is paid in 12 monthly installments during the first year of employment
• Each installment is conditional on less than 6% unjustified absenteeism in the previous month
• The welcome bonus must not be presented as part of the fixed monthly salary
• From December onwards, there is no retention bonus for Search Engine & Website Solutions projects
