Job summary

Wise Insight in Lisbon, Portugal, is seeking a sales professional to own a customer portfolio and act as a trusted technical advisor. The role involves identifying new opportunities, driving deals end-to-end, and maintaining strong CRM hygiene.

You will protect and grow Azure consumption, engage churn-risk customers, and support AI and innovation initiatives in a fast-paced, on-site environment. Rotating shifts, 40 hours weekly, and paid training are included.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience in a contact center.
• Excellent English communication skills (C1).
• Willing to work 40 hours per week on a rotating shift pattern.
• Paid training provided.

Responsibilities

• Portfolio Ownership: Own a customer portfolio end to end, acting as the primary trusted technical advisor for your accounts.
• Opportunity Creation: Identify and generate new opportunities outside focus accounts, progressing them through the complete sales funnel.
• Deal Execution: Drive opportunity completion from initial stages to the end, including technical discovery, solution positioning, consumption activation, and customer follow up.
• Pipeline Conversion: Convert, close, and grow opportunities across the entire customer portfolio, including accounts prequalified by the digital sales specialist team.
• CRM Excellence: Maintain strong CRM hygiene to ensure all opportunities, milestones, and forecasts remain complete, current, and backed by evidence.
• Retention and Growth: Engage with churn risk customers actively to protect baseline Azure consumption and strengthen customer relationships.
• Strategic Priorities: Support pipeline excellence, artificial intelligence and innovation initiatives, and always on skilling priorities.
