You will resolve complex incidents, drive infrastructure changes, and mentor engineers while maintaining deep relationships with customers and stakeholders. The position emphasizes operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering or cloud operations.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure.
• Experience in Managed Services or enterprise support environments.
• Experience leading complex technical incidents and change implementations.
• Experience interacting directly with customers and stakeholders.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced 3rd line support for Azure and Microsoft infrastructure platforms.
• Investigate and resolve complex incidents and problem tickets.
• Lead technical implementation of changes, upgrades, migrations, and infrastructure projects.
• Support disaster recovery, backup, resiliency, and security initiatives.
• Drive automation and operational efficiency.
• Act as escalation point for 2nd line engineers.
• Review and validate technical procedures and operational documentation.
• Coach and mentor less experienced engineers.
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for assigned customers.
• Develop a deep understanding of customer environments and priorities.
• Maintain regular communication with customer stakeholders.
• Participate in service reviews and technical governance meetings.
