Qualificações

• At least 2-3 years of experience in Recruitment and Selection.
• Previous experience in recruiting IT profiles mandatory.
• Dynamic person with good communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze opportunity requirements with Business Managers.
• Prepare and place job announcements on multiple platforms.
• Analyze and select CVs.
• Conduct phone surveys when necessary.
• Source candidates aligned with job requirements.
• Perform and conduct interviews with candidates.
• Write and send interview reports to Business Managers.
