Competenze

• 2+ years of experience in a similar risk role.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure (cloud), operations, software, data flows, change control, access management.
• Familiarity with Agile and Kanban in technology product delivery.
• Fluency in English.

Mansioni

• Analyse risk profiles across Technology and Product teams.
• Design, implement, and test controls to reduce risk.
• Perform risk, control assessments and deep dives for actionable insights.
• Proactively manage risks to limit major incidents, breaches, or non-compliance in technology risk.
• Record, handle, and report risk incidents.
• Deliver technology risk insights for the Board and executives with data-driven metrics (KRIs, BCIs).
• Drive policy adoption and clear communication of operational risk guidelines.
• Review ICT-related documentation.
