Job summary

Concentrix is seeking a Technical Product Specialist – Digital Ads in Lisbon, on-site. You will support advertisers using digital advertising products, troubleshoot issues, and educate customers on features and best practices.

Ideal candidates have a Marketing degree, Digital Marketing experience, and hands-on paid campaign management experience, with Spanish C1 and English B2 proficiency. Collaborative, problem-solving mindset required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing or related field.
• Experience in Digital Marketing.
• Hands-on experience with paid campaign management (mandatory).
• Knowledge of social media and digital advertising.

What will you do?

As a Technical Product Specialist – Digital Ads, you will support advertisers using our client's digital advertising products.

• Supporting advertisers through email and chat
• Helping customers get the most out of their advertising products

What are we looking for?

You’ll be a great match if you:

• Have C1 level Spanish and B2 level English, both written and spoken
• Have a degree in Marketing or a related field
• Have experience in Digital Marketing
• Have hands-on experience with paid campaign management (mandatory)
• Have a good understanding of social media and digital advertising
• Have experience in a Contact Centre or with an Advertising Technology company
• Can work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Enjoy solving problems and working with technology
