Genesis Digital Solutions in Portugal is seeking an experienced AI/ML leader to design and implement scalable, enterprise-grade AI solutions. You will own the technical architecture for Generative AI apps, AI Agents, and RAG-based systems, ensuring production readiness and security.

Qualificações

• 5–10 years of professional experience in Data Science, ML or AI.
• Proven experience leading technical teams on AI projects.
• Strong expertise in Python and modern AI development frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, Generative AI, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).

Responsabilidades

• Lead the design and implementation of scalable AI and ML solutions for enterprise use cases.
• Define technical architecture for Generative AI applications, AI Agents, and RAG-based solutions.
• Design and optimize LLM-powered applications using modern AI frameworks and orchestration tools.
• Build intelligent AI pipelines with LangChain, LangGraph, and Vector Databases.
• Drive architectural decisions and ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and production-ready.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into AI-driven products.
• Establish engineering best practices for AI development, testing, deployment, and MLOps.

What Youâll Work On

• Leading the design and implementation of scalable AI and Machine Learning solutions for enterprise use cases.

• Proven experience leading technical teams or acting as a technical reference on AI projects.
  
• Strong expertise in Python and modern AI development frameworks.
  
• Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
  
• Experience building AI Agents and intelligent workflows using LangChain and LangGraph.
  
• Strong knowledge of Vector Databases and semantic search technologies.
  
• Experience implementing MLOps practices and deploying production-ready AI solutions.
  
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
  
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  
• Ability to combine technical leadership with hands-on development in a fast-paced environment.
