SDG Group is expanding its AI team in Portugal to design and implement scalable AI architectures for enterprise environments, spanning data, infrastructure, deployment, and production. You will lead cloud-native AI platforms on Azure, AWS, and GCP, and industrialize AI solutions with robust production environments.

Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and clients to deliver high-impact AI applications is essential.

Qualificações

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, or a related field.
• Solid experience designing AI and Machine Learning architectures and deploying ML solutions into production.
• Strong experience with Python and ML frameworks such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, XGBoost, and Pandas.
• Experience building AI solutions on Azure, AWS, or GCP, together with MLOps technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, Airflow, or similar.
• Practical knowledge of Generative AI technologies such as LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, OpenAI, LangChain, or similar.

What will you do?

• Design and implement scalable AI architectures for enterprise environments.
• Define end-to-end technical solutions, from data and infrastructure to model deployment and production.
• Design cloud-native AI and Machine Learning platforms on Azure, AWS, and GCP.
• Lead the industrialization of AI solutions by building robust, scalable, and maintainable production environments.

What are we looking for?

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, or a related field.
• Solid experience designing AI and Machine Learning architectures and deploying ML solutions into production.
• Strong experience with Python and Machine Learning frameworks such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, XGBoost, and Pandas.
• Experience building AI solutions on Azure, AWS, or GCP, together with MLOps technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, Airflow, or similar.
• Practical knowledge of Generative AI technologies such as LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, OpenAI, LangChain, or similar.
• Experience designing enterprise AI solutions using technologies such as Azure Databricks, Azure Machine Learning, Amazon SageMaker, Google Vertex AI, or equivalent AI platforms.
• A consulting mindset with excellent communication skills and the ability to translate business challenges into scalable technical solutions.
• Professional level of English. Spanish is a plus.

Nice to have

• Experience in Data Engineering, Big Data, or Data Architecture (e.g. Spark, Kafka, Data Lakes/Lakehouses, ETL/ELT pipelines).
• Experience designing modern cloud data platforms that support AI workloads.
• Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
