Genesis Digital Solutions is seeking a Tech Lead Data Scientist to drive the development of enterprise-grade AI solutions powered by LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, and Generative AI.

You will define technical strategy, architect intelligent systems, and mentor a team of Data Scientists and ML Engineers while collaborating with cross-functional groups to translate business requirements into scalable, secure AI products.

Qualificações

• 5–10 years of professional experience in Data Science, ML, or AI.
• Proven experience leading technical teams or acting as a technical reference on AI projects.
• Strong expertise in Python and modern AI development frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, Generative AI, and RAG.
• Experience building AI Agents and workflows using LangChain and LangGraph.
• Strong knowledge of Vector Databases and semantic search technologies.
• Experience implementing MLOps and deploying production-ready AI solutions.
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to combine technical leadership with hands-on development in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design and implementation of scalable AI/ML solutions for enterprise use cases.
• Define architecture for Generative AI applications, AI Agents, and RAG-based solutions.
• Design and optimize LLM-powered applications using current AI frameworks.
• Build intelligent AI pipelines with LangChain, LangGraph, and vector DBs.
• Drive architectural decisions ensuring scalable, secure, production-ready systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into AI products.
• Establish engineering best practices for AI development, testing, deployment, and MLOps.
• Mentor Data Scientists and ML Engineers to raise technical excellence.
