The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, architectural pragmatism, and collaboration with product stakeholders to deliver robust software in a containerised, Kubernetes-managed environment.

Qualificações

• Full Stack Engineering Leadership: hands-on backend, frontend, and API-first design.
• Proven track record mentoring or guiding other developers.
• Architectural pragmatism with modularity and data modeling.
• Experience with modern automation and AI orchestration tools.
• Azure Cloud and containers with Kubernetes experience.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strong hands-on technical leadership to Full Stack teams.
• Design and structure software components for scalable, secure solutions.
• Guide CI/CD pipelines and operational reliability in cloud-native environments.
• Integrate AI features and workflow automation using LangChain/LangGraph/CrewAI.
