HumanIT Digital Consulting is seeking a Senior .NET Tech Lead to own complex cloud-native projects in a hybrid Porto setting. You will guide architecture, reviews, and delivery while mentoring engineers and aligning with product priorities.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in software development, 5+ years with .NET/C#, and strong experience in AWS or Azure, microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD. English (B2) required.

Qualificações

• 7+ years hands‑on software development experience.
• 5+ years with .NET and C#.
• Experience as Technical Lead or senior developer acting as technical reference.
• Strong experience with AWS or Azure.
• Microservices architecture and design patterns.
• Professional experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of API security and data privacy.
• Experience with CI/CD, GitFlow, deployment practices, and IaC.
• Experience in Agile or Scrum environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• B2 English or higher.

Responsabilidades

• Lead technical delivery and ownership of cloud-native .NET projects.
• Mentor junior and mid‑level engineers and act as technical reference.
• Define and review microservices architecture and design decisions.
• Guide CI/CD pipelines, Docker/Kubernetes deployments, and IaC.
• Collaborate with Product Owner on requirements and priorities.
• Ensure delivery quality, performance, and maintainability.
