LUZA Group is seeking a Senior Technical Lead to steer complex .NET projects, ensuring code quality, performance, and scalable architectures using AWS or Azure. You will mentor developers, shape microservices designs, and integrate with Product Owners to translate business needs into technical plans.

The role requires strong hands-on experience, cloud proficiency, and a proactive problem-solving mindset within an Agile/Scrum environment. English and Portuguese fluency are valued.

Qualificações

• 7+ years of hands-on software development experience.
• 5+ years of professional experience with .NET and C#.
• Previous experience as Technical Lead or senior developer acting as technical reference.
• Strong design and delivery experience on AWS or Azure.
• Practical experience with microservices architectures and patterns.
• Professional experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Solid understanding of API security, authentication, authorization and data privacy.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, GitFlow, configuration management, deployment practices, and IaC.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the technical delivery of complex .NET software projects.
• Own delivery quality, performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Provide technical leadership within a development squad and guide design decisions.
• Mentor junior and mid-level developers in their growth.
• Design and implement end-to-end solutions on AWS or Azure.
• Define, review, and evolve microservices architectures and patterns.
• Conduct code reviews and contribute to feature design and implementation.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to translate requirements into technical plans.
• Resolve blockers and support client issue resolution within SLAs.
• Identify technical debt and drive improvement roadmaps.
