Expleo is seeking a Test Lead to define and implement the overall test strategy for our project. You will lead and mentor the QA team, plan testing cycles, and ensure comprehensive test coverage across functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing.

As a senior QA professional, you will manage defects, collaborate with Development, Product, and DevOps, and report progress and quality metrics to stakeholders. Strong leadership and Agile experience are essential.

Qualificações

• Proven experience as a Test Lead or QA Lead.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience in defining test plans and test strategies.
• Hands-on experience with test management tools (JIRA, Xray, TestRail or similar).
• Solid background in functional and integration testing.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
