Expleo Group is seeking a senior Java Architect to lead the design and implementation of complex microservices, define architectural patterns, and own IAM architecture using Keycloak, Okta and OIDC. You will mentor junior and mid-level engineers, drive security and quality practices, and collaborate with product owners and architects across global delivery teams to deliver scalable solutions.

Qualificações

8+ years of professional experience.
Strong hands-on experience with Java and Microservices.
Solid knowledge of Software Architecture and distributed systems.
Experience making technical and architectural decisions.
Strong experience with IAM / Identity & Access Management.
Hands-on experience with Keycloak, Okta and OIDC.
Knowledge of authentication, authorization and federation.
Experience with code reviews, secure coding and quality practices.
Strong communication and technical leadership skills.
Experience mentoring and guiding other engineers.

Responsabilidades

Identify and solve performance, scalability and security challenges.
Lead code reviews and promote engineering quality standards.
Work with tools such as SonarQube and Snyk.
Mentor Junior and Mid-Level developers.
Create and maintain technical documentation, including ADRs and technical runbooks.
