A EY está à procura de um Talent Management Specialist para apoiar iniciativas de desenvolvimento de talento, desempenho e experiência de colaboradores. Trabalhará de perto com a equipa de Talent e stakeholders de negócio para impulsionar a agenda de pessoas.

Responsável por relatórios, análises e dashboards, o candidato ideal tem 1–2 anos de experiência, domínio de Excel/PowerPoint e fluência em Português e Inglês. Em ambiente dinâmico, com foco em melhoria contínua e métricas de sucesso.

Qualificações

• 1–2 anos de experiência relevante em RH, Talent Management ou área correlata.
• Graduação em Gestão de Negócios, RH, Psicologia ou área relacionada.
• Excel e PowerPoint avançados.
• Excelência em comunicação verbal e escrita.
• Fluência em Português e Inglês.

Responsabilidades

• Apoiar a coordenação e execução de processos de Gestão de Desempenho e Desenvolvimento de Talentos.
• Preparar relatórios, análises, dashboards e apresentações para apoiar tomadas de decisão orientadas por dados.
• Contribuir para iniciativas de desenvolvimento de carreira, aconselhamento, aprendizagem e DE&I.
• Apoiar a experiência do funcionário, engajamento e programas de escuta de pessoas, identificando insights.
• Desenvolver comunicações, apresentações, diretrizes e materiais para diferentes grupos de interessados.
• Colaborar com equipas multifuncionais em transformação de Talentos e melhoria contínua.
• Manter e analisar dados relacionados a Talentos com precisão e conformidade.
• Apoiar a implementação de projetos estratégicos de Talentos e melhorar processos de jornada do colaborador.

The Opportunity

As a Talent Management Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting a broad range of talent initiatives that enhance employee development, engagement and experience. Working closely with the Talent team and business stakeholders, you will contribute to performance management, career development, talent analytics and transformation projects that help drive our people agenda.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Support the coordination and execution of Performance Management and Talent Development processes.
• Prepare reports, analyses, dashboards and presentations to support data‐driven decision‐making.
• Contribute to initiatives related to career development, counselling, learning, professional growth and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I).
• Support employee experience, engagement and people listening programmes, helping to identify insights and improvement opportunities.
• Develop communications, presentations, guidelines and materials tailored to different stakeholder groups.
• Collaborate with cross‐functional teams on Talent transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain and analyse talent‐related data, ensuring accuracy, consistency and compliance with internal standards.
• Support the implementation of strategic Talent projects and contribute to enhancing Talent processes and employee journeys.

To Qualify for the Role, You Must Have

• 1–2 years of relevant professional experience in Human Resources, Talent Management or a related area.
• University degree in Business Management, Human Resources, Psychology or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English.

Ideally, You'll Also Have

• Experience working with HR systems and talent‐related reporting.
• Interest in employee experience, talent development and organisational effectiveness.
• Experience supporting project management and process improvement initiatives.
