EY Portugal is seeking a Consultant to help organizations define and implement growth, digital transformation, commercial, marketing, and customer experience strategies. The role emphasizes analytical rigor, cross-functional collaboration, and delivering tangible business impact.

We value strong Portuguese and English communication, teamwork, and a growth mindset, with 2–4 years of relevant experience and a degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or Engineering.

Qualificações

• 2–4 years of experience in consulting, marketing, sales, customer experience, or related areas.
• Bachelor's and/or master's degree, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
• Interest in digital transformation, AI-enabled business process innovation, marketing, and strategy topics.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and AI productivity tools such as Microsoft 365 Copilot or similar.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Growth mindset and willingness to take on new challenges.
• Fluency in Portuguese and strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

Responsabilidades

• Apply a structured problem-solving approach to consulting engagements, including understanding client challenges and designing the analyses required.
• Support digital transformation, commercial, marketing, and customer experience initiatives by contributing to recommendations and action plans.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, fostering a results-oriented and collaborative working environment.
• Contribute to the preparation of presentations, reports, and other project deliverables, ensuring analytical rigor and consistency of messaging.
• Participate in project teams, helping to ensure timely delivery and high-quality outcomes for clients.
• Support senior team members in understanding clients’ key business challenges and defining the appropriate analytical approach.
• Participate in the preparation and facilitation of workshops, interviews, meetings, and project presentations.
• Support primary and secondary research activities, including gathering, processing, and analyzing information from interviews, surveys, benchmarks, and workshops.
• Contribute to business development activities, proposal preparation, and internal team initiatives.

To Qualify for the Role, You Must Have

• 2 to 4 years of experience in consulting, marketing, sales, customer experience, or related areas.
• A bachelor's and/or master's degree, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Interest in and/or exposure to digital transformation, AI-enabled business process innovation, marketing, and strategy topics.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and AI productivity tools such as Microsoft 365 Copilot or similar.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Growth mindset and willingness to take on new challenges.
• Fluency in Portuguese and strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

Ideally, You'll Also Have

• Previous consulting experience.
• Experience working on business transformation, customer experience, marketing, or commercial excellence initiatives.
• Exposure to digital technologies, data-driven decision-making, and AI-enabled solutions.
