Job summary

CostaTerra Golf & Ocean Club in Portugal is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment. You will partner with department heads, build talent pipelines, and support branding and career platforms across hospitality networks.

You will engage with schools and attend recruitment events, ensuring a positive candidate experience and compliant processes. Excellent communication and multitasking are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Talent Acquisition or recruitment, preferably within hospitality.
• Good knowledge of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques and candidate assessment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes and priorities.
• A proactive, creative and collaborative mindset.
• Confidence in working with different teams and building professional relationships.
• Experience with recruitment systems, preferably Workday.
• Good understanding of employment legislation and recruitment best practices.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English.
• A degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management or a related field is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support hiring managers with interview preparation, candidate assessments and recruitment tools.
• Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and contribute to improving recruitment practices.
